High Sierra NORML is located in Butte County, established in June of 2009, are service area encompasses from Humboldt County to Fresno County and from Nevada border to the Pacific Ocean, (High Desert area as well)
Like all NORML chapters High Sierra NORML is a non profit organization, High Sierra NORML operates entirely on members dues, donations and Contributions.
Which covers operational cost such as phone calls, business stationary, transportation cost to meetings and Conferences
